LMHF’s Signature Gala – Old Hollywood Gala at the Langley Events Centre, Saturday, June 1st, 2019. Includes dinner and a thank you gift. Various roles (set-up, registration, coat check, etc)

Set up – 10 am to 2 pm

Evening – 4 pm to 10 pm

Take Down – 10 pm to 12 pm (or as required

Friday May 3, 4 pm to 7 pm,

Saturday May 4, 10:30 am to 12:30 pm and 12:30 pm to 2 pm,

Sunday May 5, 10:30 am to 12:30 pm and 12:30 pm to 2 pm.
